This ricotta with raspberries, nectarines and honey takes minutes to assemble and it is mouth-wateringly delicious! It is perfect for breakfast or dessert.
The secret to this dish is to use very fresh ingredients.
Don’t settle for the prepackaged ricotta you buy at a grocery store. You can find fresh ricotta from local Italian groceries or cheese makers. You can also make your own. I’ll share a recipe soon.
Be sure to use a good local honey.
This recipe makes four servings.
Tips
- Take the ricotta out of the refrigerator and let it warm just a little. It has a bit more flavor if it isn’t just out of the refrigerator.

Ingredients
You need the following ingredients for this recipe:
- 1 cup fresh ricotta
- 2 nectarines
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries

Directions
You really don’t need them, because this is a straightforward assembly. Here they are anyway.
Mound the ricotta on a pretty plate. Slice the nectarines and distribute them on the plate. Sprinkle raspberries on the dish. Just before serving, drizzle honey over the top.
