I had a very busy December, so this year’s roundup of reviews is short. I hope that you find something that you enjoy.

• I’ve tried a few recipes from Eating Out Loud and they were delicious! I am looking forward to trying more.
• Last month we binge-watched The Queen’s Gambit in the evenings. I couldn’t wait to see each episode.
• I just finished reading Giovanni’s Room. It’s painful, powerful and beautifully written.
