Four Spring Outfits Using Everlane Clothes

Outfit from Everlane, Four Spring Outfits Using Everlane Clothes

So many bloggers recommend Everlane clothes. This company makes great clothing and does a whole lot more. Their mission is to partner with ethical factories, use the best quality materials and to share the true cost of every product with consumers. They call it “Radical Transparency.”

I can’t wait to add a couple of Everlane’s items to my spring wardrobe. I thought that I’d share some of my favorites with you by pulling together a few ensembles. Maybe we can add something new to our closets and feel really good about our purchases.

I pulled together 4 outfits: 2 are casual and 2 are suitable for wearing to work. A few of the items have a waitlist.

Casual Outfits

Whether you’re headed to the farmer’s market or you’re meeting friends for lunch and a shopping trip, these two casual outfits will brighten your day.

A Trip to the Farmer’s Market

  • Kick Crop Jeans – Dark shades are big for jeans this year, so I picked the Dark Blue Wash. I really like every color. Everlane claims that these jeans make everyone look taller.
  • Cotton Crew – There’s nothing like a good tee. I love this one in white and navy stripes (because, stripes).
I also like their 100% Human Tees (purchases support a good cause).
  • Bomber Jacket – This rose-colored bomber jacket will keep you warm on a chilly spring morning. A little pastel is nice in the spring and it goes well with the navy accessories.
  • Day Market Tote – This navy tote will hold your purchases and look good while doing it.
  • Modern Point Shoe – I’d probably pair this outfit with a pair of white canvas sneakers, but a smart alternative are these navy suede shoes.

Lunch and Shopping with Friends

  • Modern Boyfriend Jeans – I love the cut of these boyfriend jeans, which are a bit slimmer and more flattering than traditional boyfriend jeans. I chose a midrange blue wash.
  • Piped Silk Notched Collar Shirt – This shirt reminds me of my Oxford cotton pajama top in the best of ways (mine is like this one). This silk top looks great with jeans. I’m fine with wearing my PJ top out, but I might graduate to this more sophisticated upper layer.
  • Oversized Blazer – Match the boyfriend jeans with this loose-fitting, menswear-inspired blazer.
  • Modern Babo Shoe – I’d opt for white sneakers again, but I really like these versatile leather shoes, which can be worn as a mule or a loafer.
  • Foldover Crossbody – I resisted the temptation to go with black on this bag, because I think this outfit needs a little color. The red really pops! You can go conservative with the black or choose from several other colors.

Work Outfits

I’ve pulled together a work outfit for a long day of meetings in the office. You can wear the other outfit to work and then move on to a dinner date.

A Long Day of Meetings

  • Japanese GoWeave Pull-On Skirt – This wrinkle-resistant relaxed take on the pencil skirt should get you through a long workday.
  • Silk Long-Sleeve Blouse – I like this simple and attractive blouse that feels a little dressy.
  • Swing Trench Coat – Here’s a shorter, updated version of the traditional trench coat for spring showers. It’s a water-resistant lightweight cotton that keeps its shape.
  • Day Heel – This looks like a comfortable heel. I think that the neutral color works with the blouse.
  • Petra Leather Backpack – This backpack is sleek enough to wear to work.

Work, Followed by Dinner

  • Slim Wool Pant – These smart wool pants have classic lines that will transition well from a day at the office to dinner that evening.
  • Piped Silk Pocket Shirt – The attractive contrast piping at the pocket, rounded collar and cuffs make this elegant workday attire.
  • Italian GoWeave Classic Blazer – I’d top this outfit with a classic fitting blazer, especially for more formal workdays.
  • Editor Heel or Day Heel – The Editor heel has classic good looks and Everlane says that the soft suede molds to your foot. The Day Heels are another option.
  • Foldover Crossbody – Round out the ensemble with a classic black bag.
