I love the bright colors and the textures of the Santiago Raised Stripe tote. It has an inside pocket to hold your cash and straps long enough to carry the bag over your shoulder.
If indigo blue is your color, you might like this Blue Dip Dye version with the same long straps and inner pocket as the Santiago tote.
Food52 Multi-Pocket Market Tote
Food52 has a couple of versions of this multi-pocket market tote. I received this one as a Christmas gift two years ago and I’m looking forward to putting it to use this summer. It has several pockets to separate your purchases and a little band on the outside to hold your flowers. The handles and bottom are vegan leather and the rest of the bag is canvas. A larger, green version of this bag has more pockets and a cooler insert for the middle pocket. I have my eye on that one.
Double-Handled French Market Tote
This double-handled French market tote from Etsy seller Wow Heritage has the look of a classic straw market tote. I like the convenience of the two handles, so that you can carry it by hand or sling it over your shoulder.
Target Straw Tote Handbag
I like the shape of this Straw Tote Handbag from Target and the tassels add a bit of summer whimsy. Despite being called a “handbag”, it has the generous proportions (14 inches high by 22.64 inches wide) needed for a market tote.
