Lemon tahini dressing is easy to make and you’ll find so many uses for it. You don’t need any special equipment to make it and it requires only a handful of ingredients. You can adjust the recipe by using less water for a sauce and more water for salad dressing.
The recipe makes a little over a cup of dressing, depending on how much water you use. It will last in your refrigerator for at least a week.
Ingredients
You need the following ingredients to make lemon tahini dressing.
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Fresh ground pepper, to taste
- 1/2 – 3/4 cup water, as needed for consistency
Directions
In a medium bowl, whisk together the tahini, lemon juice, oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Whisk in small amounts of water until it reaches the desired consistency. Taste it and adjust the salt and pepper.
