This weekend we’re taking the Rocky Hill–Glastonbury car ferry over the Connecticut River to go apple picking with my mother-in-law. We are keeping our fingers crossed that the weather will cooperate.
I hope that you also have a great outdoor weekend!
When fall arrives, I pick up one of my knitting or sewing projects that was set aside for the summer. Somehow, I don’t find time to work on them during the summer. I think that it is the lure of the outdoors and sun setting late in the evenings. Now that the evenings are closing in, I’m back to a knitting project.
If you like sewing, check out the first bullets for arag blanket projects that might appeal to you as much as it does to me. Thanks to Joy (Joy the Baker) for bringing them to my attention.
I often share links that I see on other bloggers’ sites, because I love the topic so much. And so, you have the rag blanket links. I saw the tree post on A Cup of Jo and it is so good, I want to share that with you too.
