Seaweed so translucent it seems ethereal on its bed of sand.
A pile of what we called “mermaid’s hair” when I was a child, mixed with some other sea grass and seaweeds.
Mermaid’s hair is long and smooth and feels nice to touch.
Broad and flat, this seems to be one of the giants of the seaweed world.
