We spent last weekend in Brooklyn and were so lucky that it was the first warm weekend of spring. We wandered Brooklyn, took photos of food stalls, had brunch and then headed to Manhattan for an art exhibit and a trip to Central Park. Wave Hill Public Gardens in New York City
In June we visited Wave Hill Public Gardens, a 28-acre estate in The Bronx, New York City. This lovely oasis is a wonderful escape on a hot summer day (it was technically late spring, but the heat was pure summer). Wave Hill is lush with flowers, lawns, waterways and woodlands.
