The first time that I had a Springtime in Paris cocktail was in the summer. Don’t let the name fool you – it’s a great summer beverage! You can enjoy this cocktail anytime. It could be a perfect cocktail to serve before a hearty fall or winter meal. As you can see from the photo, we enjoyed them during lilac season this spring.
Keep a couple of bottles of sparkling rosé in your refrigerator. Once you’ve tried this cocktail, you’ll be making it often.
Serve the drinks in champagne glasses.
This recipe makes one cocktail.
Ingredients
You need the following ingredients to make the cocktail. Play with ratios to suit your taste. I’m not giving an exact amount of rosé. After adding the other ingredients, fill the glass with the sparkling wine.
- 1/2 ounce St. Germain liqueur
- 1/2 ounce lemon juice
- sparkling rosé
- lemon twists for garnish
Directions
Pour the St. Germain into the champagne glass. Add the lemon juice.
Carefully add the sparkling rosé to fill the glass. Garnish the drink with a lemon twist. Enjoy!
