I’m looking forward to a take out dinner from a local fish market tonight and hoping that the weather will cooperate, so that Tom, his Mom and I can spend some time on the beach this weekend.
Have a great weekend!
- The Profound Beauty of Firefly Tourism — It’s time to turn out the lights! (The Washington Post)
- Have you watched The Chair? It makes quite a statement about academia. I found Kim Rhode’s review very insightful. (Netflix and A Cup of Jo)
- On a lighter note, we’ve also been watching these shows:
- We just finished the third season of The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel. I always love her outfits. I felt that the show had more depth this season and I enjoyed the musical entertainment. (Amazon)
- We’re currently watching Call My Agent, a fictional show about a group of agents representing French actors. A lot of French actors make cameo appearances and I was excited to see the episode with Juliette Binoche. (Netflix)
- NEW ORLEANS STYLE BBQ SHRIMP — My mouth is watering! (Joy the Baker)
- Menemsha Hills Trails, Martha’s Vineyard — If you happen to visit the island, I recommend walking this trail. (Sea Salt and Sailor Stripes)
- Goodness: Opportunity Village in Eugene Oregon is a community of tiny houses for people in need of housing. (SquareOne Villages)
