I’m really looking forward to a three-day weekend! We are finally going to Martha’s Vineyard. We’re bringing our food and keeping to ourselves. But, we’ll be able to smell the ocean air and have a change of scenery on our long walks. Also, we’ll ride bikes!
Have a good July 4th weekend! Stay safe!
It’s been a long week with a good deal of rain (much needed, but a challenge for the housebound). We managed to do some walking and, when rained on, it wasn’t too bad in such warm temperatures.
Last weekend I did a lot of food prep in the kitchen and the result was delicious dinners this week (pasta with veggies and radish green pesto, miso-rubbed eggplant and tofu with lime ginger marinade). Cooking and eating have been a daily highlight for months now! Speaking of cooking, I’m looking forward to plenty of grilling this weekend.
