I’ll be catching up on things this weekend, with an eye to having things done for the upcoming holiday weekend. Hopefully the weather will cooperate and I’ll get in some walking.
Have a good weekend. Stay well.
The lettuce in my garden is beautiful and ready to harvest. We’ll be eating a lot of salads before the heat causes it to go to seed.
I’m interested in several recipes for sauces made from a mixture of fresh herbs. These versatile sauces can be used as a marinade for grilled meat or veggies, tossed with pasta, transformed into dip or as a topping for fresh bread or egg dishes. I’ve got the herbs, I just need to set aside the time to experiment. It appeals to my “use it up” personality, which is amped up by the quarantine. If I get to it, I’ll share the details later.
