Light snow is predicted for tonight, but it won’t last and we’ll be able to spend time outside this weekend. I hope to clean up a large flower bed and inspect my rhubarb. I can’t wait to harvest some!
Have a good weekend. Stay well.
We’re almost five weeks in now. We walked and walked last weekend. Spring is bringing welcome color and that lifts one’s spirits. I made sourdough rolls. And sourdough biscuits. I started rooting things in water, like lettuce, dill and mint. I haven’t shopped for groceries in three weeks. The last of the milk went sour, but there are lots of things that you can make with sour milk, such as pancakes. Who knew?
