We’ve made it two weeks without shopping for groceries. It’s challenging on the dairy and fresh salad ingredients front, but we are making do. I’m committed to making it through the weekend without a shopping trip.

With social distancing in place, our activities were a little different last weekend. One day Tom and I walked for almost four hours. We craved being outside and we really needed to keep moving. I also pulled out my dusty sewing machine and some old pillowcases and made four masks. Joining the current rise in baking enthusiasm, I made sourdough english muffins.
