Tips
- This drink is good served very cold. If you plan ahead, chill all of the ingredients. Optionally, you can stir the gin, lemon juice and Campari with ice cubes and strain them into a chilled glass.
- If you like your drink sweeter, add a little more simple syrup.
Ingredients
- 2 ounces gin
- 1 ounce Campari
- 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 2/3 ounce simple syrup
- Champagne
- Lemon twists for garnish
Directions
Shake the gin, Campari, lemon juice, and simple syrup with ice. Strain the mixture into champagne flutes. Top with champagne and garnish with lemon twists.
