Do You Have a Favorite Library?

I’ve been thinking about libraries recently and I thought that I would celebrate them in a quick post.

Libraries are such an incredible asset and many of us are so lucky to have access to them.

I haven’t visited my local library in a while and I am inspired to do so soon.

A couple of years ago, I was delighted to discover that I could use the Boston Public Library’s online courses, which include an extensive selection of topics. I had access to classes that could have cost me a lot of money if I’d had to take them elsewhere. What an incredible resource!

In this post, I’ve gathered some fun articles about libraries around the world.

About the photo: A little free library in a snow-covered Montreal park, with the message, “Take one. Leave One.” Canadians are used to such weather and protected the library’s contents with a heavy sheet of plastic.

Here’s what the little library contained.
