We’re heading over to Martha’s Vineyard on Saturday to open up the house. I cannot wait to see and smell the sea!
I hope that you are doing something fun this weekend!
Jon Batiste did well at the Grammys this year!
I’m in full gardening mode. Whenever I’ve had a little time, I’ve shaken off the remnants of winter’s chill by heading out into the sun with my shovel. I’ve been falling asleep thinking about cleaning up my vegetable garden, planting kale, Swiss chard, peas and lettuce.
Last weekend I shoveled compost from my bins into my vegetable garden. I began digging out clumps of day lilies from the garden’s border, because they are wandering and popping up inside the garden. I was very sore that night! One evening this week, I spread the compost and turned over the garden. I’m now ready to plant!
