After a week of summer-like temperatures (three afternoons at the beach were a glorious bonus), today we had more typical New England fall weather — cool, sunny and invigorating.
I’m back on Martha’s Vineyard this weekend and looking forward to walks on the beach and star-filled night skies. What’s happening with you this weekend? I hope that you are doing something special.
- I’m interested to see Loving Vincent. All frames (almost 65,000) of this animated film were rendered using hand-painted oil paintings done in Vincent’s style.
- Mmmmm, apple butter.
- I’m planning a trip to the West Tisbury Farmer’s Market on Saturday.
- I want to pack my bags and fly to France to visit this brocante. To quote David, “Je n’en ai pas besoin, mais…”
- Kitten heels — I’m positively purring over them…
